Select Landscapes’s landscape treatment programs consists of 7 applications that are timed properly throughout each season tresulting in a healthy landscape free of weeds and pests. We accomplish this by using a combination of liquid and dry products. Our liquid products provide outstanding weed, disease and insect control while the dry products allow for extended feeding and balanced soil pH.
By selecting a landscape treatment program, you are making an additional investment in your home and property. Select Landscape pledges that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of an application, just give us a call and we will gladly re-treat your lawn or trees and shrubs at no extra charge. Lawn Fertilization Program
ROUND 1
- Late Winter
LIQUID APPLICATION WARM AND COOL SEASON TURF
Pre-emergent, post-emergent, fertilizer. Application prevents and controls nuisance. Weeds and fertilizes based on turf type.
ROUND 2
- Early Spring
LIQUID APPLICATION WARM AND COOL SEASON TURF
Pre-emergent, post-emergent, fertilizer. Application prevents and controls nuisance weeds and fertilizes based on turf type.
ROUND 3
- Late Spring
GRANULAR APPLICATION TO WARM SEASON TURF
Granular fertilizer application containing slow release nitrogen applied to all Bermuda, Zoysia, and Centipede turf types.
LIQUID APPLICATION TO COOL SEASON TURF
Liquid fungicide application to all fescue turf areas to prevent damage from turfgrass disease.
ROUND 4
- Mid Summer
GRANULAR APPLICATION TO ALL WARM SEASON TURF
Granular fertilizer application containing slow release nitrogen applied to all Bermuda, Zoysia, and Centipede turf types.
ROUND 5
- Late-Summer
GRANULAR LIME APPLICATION
Granular Lime applied to all turf types which balances pH of acidic red clay soils.
ROUND 6
- Early Fall
LIQUID APPLICATION TO WARM SEASON TURF
Pre-emergent, post-emergent, fertilizer. Application controls nuisance weeds and enhances color prior to dormancy.
GRANULAR FERTILIZER APPLICATION TO COOL SEASON TURF
Granular fertilizer application containing high percentage of phosphorus to establish roots in newly seeded lawns.
AERATION AND SEEDING IS RECOMMENDED TO FESCUE LAWNS IN EARLY FALL

LIQUID APPLICATION TO WARM SEASON TURF
Pre-emergent, post-emergent, fertilizer. Application controls nuisance weeds and fertilizes roots for winter.
GRANULAR FERTILIZER APPLICATION TO COOL SEASON TURF
Granular fertilizer application containing high percentage of Nitrogen to maintain color through winter
